Pooper scooper service, really?

YES! We provide professional pet waste management services tailored for both homes and commercial properties.

Doesn't dog poop fertilize my lawn?

It does not! In fact, leaving it in the yard is harmful to you and your pets—it’s like rolling out a welcome mat for bacteria, parasites, and viruses. Click here to learn the dirty truth about dog poop.

How much does it cost?

We have pooper scooper service plans starting as low as $15 per cleanup. Pricing is based on the size of the yard, how often you want it cleaned, and the number of dogs you own. Our typical client can expect to pay between $85 and $135 per month when signing up to our recurring plans.

Am I locked into a contract?

Nope, not at all! You can always reach out to us to pause or cancel your monthly subscription,

How often do you clean the properties?
It's totally up to you! You can choose from our flexible plans, including twice-weekly, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits, as well as one-time clean-ups and services for special events.
Do you sanitize your equipment?
Absolutely! After every cleanup, we sanitize our equipment using a kennel-grade disinfectant to ensure germs aren’t spread.
What do you do with all the poop?

We handle waste with care by sealing it in two layers of bags and adding cat litter inside to help neutralize odors. The bagged waste will be placed either in your trash bin or neatly at the side of your house, based on your preference.

How does billing work?
Payment for initial or one-time cleanups is required upfront before services are provided. For recurring services, we bill on the 1st of each month.

If you're a first-time subscriber to our monthly services, you'll be billed immediately for the initial cleanup upon sign-up. Any remaining days of the current month will be billed within a week of your initial payment. After that, regular monthly payments will be due on the 1st of each subsequent month.

Can I choose a specific day for cleanup?

We’ll do our best to provide two available options that fit your schedule, though not all days may be available in your area.

Please note that we don’t assign specific arrival times for our services. To keep costs down and affordable for the community, we optimize our routes for efficiency the day before services are completed.

What time will you be at my home?

Our scoop team operates between from dawn to dusk! Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a specific time window for your scoop day.

Since we service many properties and constantly adjust our routes for efficiency, we focus on optimizing our schedule to offer you the best value while keeping our rates affordable.

You’ll receive a text notification when we’re on our way, typically about 60 minutes before our arrival, so you’re prepared. If your property is at the start of our route, you may get a text 15-30 minutes ahead (we aim to avoid early morning disturbances!). Your scoop day will typically be the same each week, and if there’s ever any change, we’ll notify you ahead of time.

Do I have to be home when you clean?
No, you don’t need to be home when we scoop. We just ask for easy access to your gate, yard, or areas to be cleaned.

If your dogs are friendly, we can clean while they’re in the yard. Once we’re done, we’ll send a photo of your closed gate to the email we have on file for your records.

Please note: if our scoop team hasn’t met your dogs before, and you’ll be home, please let us know in advance if you plan to introduce them. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you keep them inside during our service time. We want to ensure everyone—including your doggos—is comfortable!

Can my dog be in the yard while you clean?
We love dogs, and we're happy to clean with them around! However, for everyone’s safety, we ask that dogs showing any signs of aggression remain indoors during our visit. Protecting our team is a priority, and if an aggressive incident occurs, we’ll need your dog secured indoors or, in some cases, may have to remove your property from our service route.
Do you scoop on holidays?
If your service day lands on a major holiday, we’ll skip that week’s cleanup and handle double duty the following week.

Just a heads up, you’ll still be charged for the extra poop that piles up over the two weeks.

What if I'm not satisfied?

If you’re not fully satisfied, simply reach out to us within 24 hours, and we’ll schedule to return to your property to make things right.
